  • The name and logo of JNYCTSD are duly registered under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, Government of India (Registration / Application No.: 6001010).

  • JNYCTSD is registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India (Registration No.: WB-03-0026408).

  • The organization is registered on the NITI Aayog NGO Darpan portal, Government of India, and is eligible for participation in programmes, schemes, and information-sharing platforms as per applicable guidelines (NGO Darpan Registration No.: WB/2023/0346496).

  • JNYCTSD is also registered with the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI), Government of India, for data and compliance-related purposes.
